Agreement to Terms

By using the Vexion Systems AI assistant service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Vexion Systems provides an AI-powered business assistant accessible via SMS and voice calls. The assistant can perform tasks such as managing email, checking calendars, searching for information, and other business-related functions on your behalf.

Eligibility

The Service is available to businesses and individuals who have entered into a service agreement with Vexion Systems. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and authorized integrations. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service.

SMS & Voice Terms

By using the Service, you consent to receive SMS messages and voice calls from the Vexion AI assistant at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. You may resume by texting START.

AI-Generated Content

Responses provided by the AI assistant are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Vexion Systems is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Google Gmail, Google Calendar, and others) at your direction. Vexion Systems is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://vexion-site.vercel.app/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexion Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the AI assistant will be disabled and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
