Agreement to Terms

By using the Vexion Systems AI assistant service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Vexion Systems operates an AI-powered business assistant accessible through SMS and voice calls. The assistant handles tasks including email management, calendar checking, information searches, and related business functions performed on your behalf.

Eligibility

The Service is available to businesses and individuals who have entered into a service agreement with Vexion Systems. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and manage authorized integrations securely. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service.

SMS & Voice Terms

By using the Service, you consent to receive SMS messages and voice calls from the Vexion AI assistant at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on usage. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP, or resume by texting START. Text HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

AI-Generated Content

Responses provided by the AI assistant are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

Third-Party Services

Integration with platforms like Google Gmail and Google Calendar occurs at your direction. Vexion Systems assumes no responsibility for third-party availability, accuracy, or policies.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive for consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, your access will be disabled and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
